Our Main Theater is a large black box theater with cushioned theater style seating and a raised stage. This rental is good for small to medium theater productions, live music, lectures, festivals, small trades shows, and comedy/ poetry shows. Table seating is also available.

The Abule/Dance Studio is equipped with a mirrored wall and wooden dance floor with two carpeted areas at each end. This space is suitable for dance rehearsals, dance recitals, auditioning room for theater and music, small to medium parties, fitness/dance classes.

The Open Area/Classroom is a large carpeted area equipped with a dry erase board; good for smaller lectures, group meetings, small parties, art and crafts, photo-shoots, casting calls and even tutoring
