Chef Mike opened his doors in June of 2009. Chef Mike's Charcoal Grill has been his lifelong dream. Everything is prepared on a large charcoal grill. Chef Mike makes everything from scratch including the buns and fries! Our business owes it's success to the wonderful support we have gotten from the community.
Chef Mike Atherton has been a Certified Executive Chef for 35 years. Chef Mike is a proud member of the American Culinary Federation. He has been awarded Chef of the Year in Indianapolis and has served on the Board of the Culinary Federation.
