Classic and Timeless

Event Type: Wedding Ceremony
"I wanted a classic and timeless black, gold, and white wedding (Think 40's Hollywood Glam). The atmosphere and architecture of the Omni Severin worked perfectly for our big day. I would probably shy away from this venue if you are having a really modern wedding with bright wedding colors (hot pink, bright green, etc.) because the rooms have a lot of personality of their own and may clash. The chef also worked with my fiance to custom make the menu. We had wine shipped in from Napa, CA that we were allowed to serve to the guests for a corkage fee per bottle and they did NOT open up all of the bottles. We brought home 5 cases of unopened wine so that shows they are really honest."

Gorgeous venue, a lot included

Event Type: Wedding Ceremony
"I chose the Omni as our wedding venue because of its feel. It has a very cozy, vintage feeling but is incredibly elegant and decorated beautifully. We had a winter wedding and the hotel was decorated very tastefully for Christmas and added and warm touch to the entire event. The catering sales representative we worked with was Kate Edwards and she was wonderful! She answered all of our questions and did her best to make sure we had everything we needed. Although the Omni has a high minimum, a lot is included which makes it a great value and convenient because you don't have to find a place to get chair covers, sashes, votives etc. The food was excellent as well and our guests raved about the filet. We had 191 guest at the wedding and I wouldn't go over 200 or so. I think it can hold 250 but it would be a bit crowded. I would highly suggest taking a tour of the Omni, it is stunning and I can't wait to see our pictures! :)"

Ceremony/Reception venue

Event Type: Wedding Ceremony
"The Omni Severin was a wonderful venue for both our ceremony and reception. The decor was wonderful so I did not have to do any additional decorations or flowers to make the place look pretty...it already was! Maxie Lieberman was my wedding coordinator and was always easy to get ahold of, very organized and gave great suggestions. I was never stressed out with the planning or the day of because she had it all organized and covered. The catering was very good and I received lots of compliments on the food. The atmosphere the Omni Severin creates is a relaxed yet upscale downtown feel...exactly what we were looking for."
