Venue Description

The Paint Cellar was created with the idea and desire to want to show others that art can be fulfilling and easy. We offer classes for all ages. Each class is taught by an experienced artist with step by step easy to follow instructions. We have a gallery and studio in Carmel, IN but we also offer private paint parties where you can come to us or we come to you! We provide everything you need except for the food!

THE PAINT PARTY PACKAGES 
Package A - $225: Includes 15 painters, 1.5 hrs, 8x10 canvases; $15  Per Additional Painter
Package B - $200: Includes 8 painters, 1.5 hrs, 9x12 canvases; $25  Per Additional Painter
Package C - $240: Includes 8 painters, 2 hrs, 11x14 canvases; $30  Per Additional Painter
Package D - $280: Includes 8 painters, 2 hrs, 16x20 canvases; $35  Per Additional Painter
Package E - $360: Includes 8 painters, 3 hrs, 16x20 canvases, $45  Per Additional Painter 
 
DIY PACKAGES
Wine Glass Painting - $320
8 painter minimum, 2 hrs, 2 glasses (choice of stemmed or stemless)

Wood Sign or Pallet Painting - Starting at $400
10 painter minimum & 8 sizes to choose from
$40 Per Painter | 2-Hr Party

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE
Your choice of artwork
All art supplies (paint, easels, aprons, brushes, palettes)
Paper products and utensils for cake or snacks (for in studio parties only)
Complimentary bottles of water, soda, and juice boxes (for in studio parties only)
Private RSVP page for your guests (optional)

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Studio will open 30 min before party time.
May bring cake or other food to the studio.
For adult parties, a private payment page can be setup to allow for individual payments via credit or debit card.
Private studio parties can accommodate a total of 45.
For parties in your own home, up to 60 can attend.
50% deposit is required and the balance must be paid within 24 hours of the event.
Reservations are required at least 7 days in advance and/or subject to availability.
Parties may be cancelled with refund less a $50 processing fee within 7 business days prior to the event. Parties may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice or cancelled less the 50% deposit.
Service area for off-site parties includes a 15 mile radius from 46032. Any locations outside of a 15 mile radius of 46032 will incur an additional fee of $35 plus the off-site party fee. Parties outside a 30mi radius may incur additional charges.
